Bradford Council’s Executive approved proposals to invest £100,000 on CCTV in Ilkley town centre at a meeting on Tuesday.
The scheme is part of a Bradford wide replacement, upgrade and extension of CCTV core network infrastructure for the District and includes 10 of high-definition CCTV cameras located within the town centre providing good coverage of the key streets and venues.
The council believes the investment will help bring a reduction in crime, improve evidence for prosecuting offenders and provide assurance to visitors and residents.

- A65 Leeds Road car park opposite Booths
- Junction of A65 Leeds Road / Brook Street / New Brook Street
