Check out the changes to waste collections by Bradford Council and Craven District Council over the festive season.
Ilkley and Keighley areas (Bradford Council)
In the Bradford Council area, bins due to be emptied on Christmas Day (Friday 25th December) will instead be collected on Monday 21st December.
And if your normal collection would be on Friday 1st January, it will instead be emptied on Monday 4th January.
Bradford Council says all other kerbside domestic collection days remain the same.
The district's Household Waste Recycling Centres - including at Royd Ings Avenue in Keighley and Golden Butts Lane in Ilkley - will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day but will be open on every other day over the festive period.
Cllr Sarah Ferriby, Executive Member for Healthy People and Places, said: "We hope everyone has a marvellous Christmas time especially after the difficult year we have all experienced but we want people to remember to recycle. It is still as important as ever. The amount of waste generated can jump by as much as one-third this time of year so it’s really important to recycle as much as possible. We know people have had a lot to think about over the last 10 months so we would like to thank everyone who has kept recycling to help the environment and save Council Tax payers’ money.”

The Household Waste Recycling Centre at Skibeden just off the A59 will be closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day - and is also not open on Wednesdays. Christmas Trees can be taken here to be recycled - but there is no doorstep collection service for trees this year.
