CCTV appeal over late-night Skipton altercation

Police in Skipton have issued a CCTV image of a man they are trying to identify as part of an investigation into an incident outside the town's nightclub last month.

Officers say there was an altercation outside the entrance to Kooky nightclub on Keighley Road at 00.30am on Sunday 29th October 2023.

A man pushed two door staff which resulted in one of them falling to the floor.  

A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: "We're now requesting the public’s assistance to help identify the man in the image so the full circumstances surrounding the incident can be established.

"Anyone with information that could assist the investigation should email William.knight2@northyorkshire.police.uk You can also call us on 101 and ask for William Knight.

"If you wish to remain anonymous, you can pass information to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

"Please quote our reference number 12230205459 when passing information."
