Ilkley library users asked to complete survey

Users of Ilkley library are being asked to fill in an online survey by Arts Council England to help plan improvements to the facility.

Ilkley Library is one of a number that have received investment from the Libraries Improvement Fund, a programme of work funded by Department of Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) via Arts Council England.

To help Arts Council England learn what the impact of the investment be, users are asked to complete a short survey by clicking the link below. The survey has been created by ERS Ltd, the research organisation who have been commissioned by Arts Council England, to evaluate the impact of the Fund. Responses will be a really valuable part of the evaluation.

It will take less than 10 minutes to answer the questions. Your responses will be used in accordance with GDPR (data protection) guidelines. You will remain anonymous and individual answers will not be shared with DCMS or ACE. Your response will not be used for any purpose other than this evaluation. Survey responses will be deleted once the evaluation is complete in 2025

The survey will close on 31st August 2022.
