Police investigate attack on 14 year old boy at Skipton bus station

North Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses to an attack in Skipton at the weekend which left a 14 year old boy with facial injuries.

Officers say the teenager was repeatedly punched in the face by another male who was with a group of people at Skipton bus station between 5pm and 6pm on Saturday (2nd December).

The victim suffered significant injuries his eye socket and was taken to hospital for treatment which is ongoing due to the severity.

Officers are appealing to anyone who was at the bus station at the time and witnessed the incident and the events leading up to it, to get in touch with them.

They are also appealing to anyone who knows about the incident and has any information that can help them identify the suspect or the group of people he was with.
