Skipton 3 Peaks for Dementia Forward

Would you like to raise funds for a local cause?

If the answer to these questions is yes, the Skipton 3 Peaks sponsored walk in aid of Dementia Forward on Sunday September 22nd might be for you.

The walk includes Sharp Haw, Embsay Crag and Skipton Moor, and is an 18-mile scenic route, which will give you the best views of Skipton and the surrounding areas!

The walk starts at 8am at the Skipton Community Sports Hub, a brand new fully-accessible facility for the local community, and walkers return to the same venue at the end to receive their well-earned certificate!

Entry to the walk is £15 and includes breakfast (kindly sponsored by Ecology Building Society), a Dementia Forward T-shirt and a goodie bag.

The charity is also encouraging walkers to raise sponsorship money (minimum £50), which will go directly to Dementia Forward, a North Yorkshire charity that provides local support services for people with dementia and their carers.

This event is sponsored by Home Instead and breakfast is kindly provided by Ecology Building Society.
