Replacing Bella Boutique, the new Skipton Deli will open tomorrow at 10am.
Owner's Alex and Laurie will offer their favourite pantry items on the shelves and sandwiches including ingredients from local suppliers.
Alex's Italian heritage has influenced her recipes and some ingredients come from small producers in Italy.
Alex announced the arrival on Facebook saying:
"We're opening the deli because we're passionate about championing good food.
"My family is Sicilian and we've incorporated my Nonna's recipes into the sandwiches and we hope you love them!
"Our sandwiches are made fresh in front of you, on focaccia that is baked daily for us and delivered each morning.
They added:
"In the coming months we'll be expanding our offer to include your more typical delicatessen offerings like olives, antipasti and fresh sliced charcuterie but for now please bear with us if we're slow as it's only my better half Laurie Hooper most of the time with me on a Saturday to help out.
"We'd ask for your patience as we might not get it right first time but we're so excited to see you and to be here!"
The deli will be open from tomorrow at 10am and from then open Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-4pm.
