Skipton Town Council had the help of a local primary to help plant trees across their estate.
Skipton Parish Church Primary School helped plant 60 trees at Middletown Recreation Ground before Easter holidays.
Skipton Town Council took to Facebook to thank the children, saying:
"We were lucky to have the help of pupils from Skipton Parish Church Primary School who assisted us with planting 60 trees at Middletown Recreation Ground!
"They did a fantastic job, thank you!"
On 29th April the Estate team also planted a further 40 trees at Burnside Recreation Ground.
The council are planning to do more tree planting at Raikes Road Recreation Ground on Tuesday 13th May.
Skipton Town Council added:
"If you would like to come along and give us a hand, all volunteers are very welcome (both big and small!).
"Just drop us an email at admin@skiptontowncouncil.gov.uk."
