North Yorkshire Police are asking for witnesses to come forward or anyone with dashcam footage after a road traffic collision took place on Newmarket Street in Skipton.
The incident happened at 5pm on Sunday 6 October and involved a white Toyota Yaris and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian sustained injuries to her arm.
The driver did not stop and exchange details with the pedestrian.
NYP are appealing for any witnesses to the collision, anyone who may have seen the vehicle prior to the collision, or anyone with relevant dashcam footage, to contact them.
