The highly anticipated Skipton Business Awards 2025 are set to return, shining a spotlight on the outstanding achievements of businesses of Skipton.
Organised by Skipton BID, this popular event celebrates excellence within the thriving business community.
Now in its 3rd year, the Skipton Business Awards continues to celebrate the remarkable contributions of local businesses, from independent retailers, hospitality to professional services. There are 12 categories this year which includes some new editions to ensure the awards can be entered by more business within the town. These include Arts & Culture Venue of the Year, Best Event, Business Service Award and Skipton’s Shining Star.
“We’re thrilled to bring the Skipton Business Awards back for 2025,”
said BID Manager, Sarah Howsen
“This is an opportunity to recognise the passion, hard work, and creativity that defines Skipton. Every public nomination will contribute, and we can’t wait to celebrate the achievements of our businesses.”
Public nominations should be made before the cut-off date of 1st August. The nomination will then be longlisted before a judging panel makes the shortlist of three business per category. Nominations can be made for businesses trading within the town of Skipton.
The awards ceremony will take place on 6th October at Skipton Town Hall offering finalists and guests a night of networking, fun and recognition. Entries are now open, and businesses of all sizes are encouraged to submit nominations via www.skiptonbid.com/skipton-business-awards
