Samuel Smith was last seen on the Skipton Road area and Tarn House Caravan Park.
The 66 year old from Colne was last seen wearing black trousers, a black coat, and carrying an orange Sainsbury's bag at the Caravan Park on 2nd March between 12pm and 1pm.
North Yorkshire Police and West Yorkshire Police have asked anyone with relevant information or dashcam footage to come forward.
Samuel Smith's suspected travel route is Colne, Barnoldswick, Skipton Bus Station, Tarn House Caravan Park.
He is described as 6ft, medium build, with short greying hair, has a short ginger/grey beard and wears glasses.
