The team at Bold Coffee/Fueling The Bold are hosting a mental health hike this Thursday.
The brand will collaborate with mental health charity, BlackDog Outdoors.
Team Bold are welcoming new people to get involved with the hike.
Starting at Carrington Coffee's new shop (Bold) in Settle, the hike will follow the stunning Yorkshire Dales countryside.
This event will involve exploring the geology and history of our beautiful surroundings.
They will then follow sections of the Dales Highway and the Pennine Way, completing an 8.5km circular route at the Bold Coffee Shop, where participants will receive a free coffee.
The event will last roughly 4 hours and and friendly dogs are welcome.
Bold are dedicated to starting conversations and inspiring others.
BlackDog Outdoors are a charity that aims to help people reconnect with nature to improve mental health.
