Generations of experience saluted at Yorkshire bus firm Transdev’s glittering awards event.
Long serving members of Transdev teams were recognised at the Celebration of Service event.
Four of its operating businesses across the North, including Yorkshire subsidiaries The Harrogate Bus Company and The Keighley Bus Company were included.
Head of Operations Alan Isherwood, celebrated 35 years with the bus firm.
The awards took place in the Directors’ Suite at Headingley Stadium in Leeds.
A total of 990 years of service given by 31 long-serving Transdev team members was saluted at the specially arranged event.
Bus driver Geoffrey Bolton and Duty Manager Shabir Ahmed from The Keighley Bus Company both reached the impressive 45 year milestone.
Transdev Managing Director Henri Rohard said:

“Thanks to all our colleagues for being part of these and for bringing such enrichment every day to our company.”
Each Celebration of Service Award winner has reached a key milestone in their career with the bus operator, having achieved 25, 30, 35, 40 or 45 years’ service.
