Skipton's The Hidden Castle has recently been nominated for three different categories.
The family business has been announced as a finalist in multiple categories at the Club Hub UK Awards 2026, as well as receiving national recognition in the Association of Indoor Play Awards.
The Hidden Castle was shortlisted for three Club Hub Awards:
- Attraction or Venue of the Year
- Independent Business of the Year
- Family Business of the Year
The venue has also been named a finalist for Best Role Play in the Association of Indoor Play Awards.
The Hidden Castle opened six months ago in Skipton and hosts medieval-themed role play centre.
The business is owned and run by a local family, who are passionate about creating high-quality play experiences for children and families in the area.
The venture is a sister company to The Hidden Village, which has established venues in Leeds city centre and Keighley, and has also been recognised as a finalist in the Family Business of the Year category at the Club Hub Awards.

“With only four to six finalists in each category and such strong competition, including previous winners and runners-up, it means a great deal to receive this recognition.

named a finalist in several categories, including Best Role Play and Best Attraction or Venue, just six months after opening.
“We are passionate about creating high-quality play experiences for families, and we are incredibly proud to have reached this stage.”
Winners will be announced at the Club Hub Awards event in Birmingham on 9th May 2026, and at the Association of Indoor Play Awards on 4th June 2026 at the Royal Armouries in Leeds.
