Police conduct burglary patrols in Skipton following 4 burglaries

North Yorkshire Police in the Craven sector

On Friday 25th October, North Yorkshire Police held patrols in Skipton after four burglaries were reported in Skipton last month.

Foot patrols took place in Middletown where the burglaries were reported.

The police also did some road safety checks and dealt with two drivers regarding their standard of driving past Skipton Parish Church primary school.

On Facebook, North Yorkshire Police in Craven gave advice to locals saying,

'Help us keep your community safe, keep doors locked, even if you’re home, use any additional security on your house, don’t leave valuables on view and when you go out during dark nights, simply leaving a light on is an easy way to deter burglars.'
