PureGym first announced its arrival in Skipton earlier this year.
The gym is now preparing to open its doors at 6 Albion Place, located in place of the former Dawson’s Department Store.
Although a launch date has not been confirmed, the gym posted to social media last Thursday, teasing the launch.
The new facility will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and will feature more than 100 pieces of equipment, including free weights, fixed resistance machines, and cardio stations, as well as a full schedule of group exercise classes.
Members will also benefit from two hours of free parking as part of their membership.
Members can choose between flexible, no-contract plans.
The “Core” membership offers standard access, while the “Plus” plan includes extras like class bookings up to 14 days ahead, guest passes, membership freezes, and brand partner discounts.
Introductory rates are currently available with reduced monthly dues for the first six months plus a joining fee.
Gym manager Dan Woodhouse commented on the brand's new location saying:
“We’re located in place of the former Dawson’s Department Store… it is welcoming, inclusive and for everyone.”
PureGym Skipton will also offer personal training services and regular group classes as part of membership offerings.
PureGym is continuing its rapid national expansion, rolling out venues at a rate of approximately one every eight days, and now boasts more than 600 locations worldwide.
The gym is also looking for Level 3 Personal trainers to join their team.
