3 weeks ago, a youtuber going by the channel name of 'Real ales real pubs' posted a video where he went on a pubcrawl around Skipton's micropubs.
His Youtube account, as he describes is a:
"One man on a quest to visit, document and preserve an important part of English culture… Its pubs and in particular its real ale scene."
His channel has amassed 7k subscribers, with an average of 15k views per video.
The 33 minute long video followed him around Skipton heading to the pubs and micropubs to taste their craft beers and ales.
He visited:

- Yorkshireman
16 minutes into the video, he speaks about the people of Skipton saying:
"It's incredible really, how nice everyone has been today.
"It's really a town where you are made to feel welcome"
Real ales and real pub's videos feature town all across the country as he tests the local pubs including lots of our neighbouring towns and cities like Leeds, Harrogate, Knaresborough and York.
